Cons

A lot of politics. Promotions are based on favoritism and leadership doesn’t care to clear out toxic employees. Everyone says the cultures great, but is it? If all team culture is suffering in every department from the same toxic management, is the culture really that good?

The fastest growing in the spine medical device field means a lot of opportunities. Company is great at keeping employee come to the offuce. A lot of activities, fun stuff hosted.
