Toxic management, paid interview plans, and literally a case of abuse involving the threat of losing the job if I cannot fulfill unpaid OT after I got into an accident. It is beyond me that it was expected to take a week to refactor all of Safe OP. It's very clear the managers don't know what they are doing.

not reimbursed or comped well. Poor leadership. Burn out. Burn out. trays. Burn out. Forget about being a person/human being. They do not value their employees at all. Quotas are never met regardless of how hard you work and try, and despite the fact that this company is "the fastest growing company in the spine market". Did I mention burn out? I could make this a 200 page essay with out traying. I mean trying. Did I say trays?
