      Great people, lost focus since founder stepped back

      Pros

      Great people at the line and managerial level. Good projects and BD makes for lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      When former CEO (Cornhill) stepped back the company lost focus on its core values. Lip service is paid to anything beyond the "deck-plate". Cornhill had a vision and created a great company. Look at the stock price since the leadership changes so see how much has been lost.

      Lots of great people to work with, and the company appears to be in good financial shape, despite recent lay-offs.

      There are many frustrated and unhappy employees.

      vacation time benefits yearly bonus and stock bonus

      Cons

      managers can speak to you however they want some staff can come and go as they please, while others are encouraged to drive in poor conditions (blizzards) to not miss a day of work
