      Long Term Investment in Staff Development Very Positive company culture Commitment to continuous process improvement Patient centered, lots of operational challenges, but working on them. Everyone is aligned to the mission of serving the community.

      Pros

      Love the population we serve. The company has many opportunities to cultivate physicians to be great leader. Also if just want to work in an outpatient clinic great place, on average you see 19 to 22 patients a day.

      This company is always growing so at times can be overwhelming but always for the good of the patients and employees.

      Trainers should be more tolerant and willing to answer questions. They make you feel stupid if you ask questions. They train you one time on a subject And if you still have questions they treat you like your stupid. For asking additional questions.
