      Pros

      Family like environment. Work is a positive place and fun to go to. I worked at the corporate office but the clinic moral seemed to be great

      Cons

      To much upper management and executive control. All other employees voice don't matter much. Really fast growing organization and to much work and not enough qualified people to execute.

      Pros

      The health insirance for me and my kids was really affordable compared to my last job. I think it was $60 per pay period for blue cross hmo. Not bad for a family of 4!!!

      Cons

      I have a lot of experience so it wasnt anything i couldnt handle, but my dept was very busy. I feel my dept needed more support and maybe increased staffing.
