      Underserved area and had loan repayment

      Cons

      Low pay, high turn over. Bad management. Turn over rate is around 25% per year of physicians or greater. Management doesn't care about physicians.

      Little concern for employee working conditions, changing shifts/schedules and demanding employees change even without notice. Irregularities in accuracy and in some cases seeming veracity of information supplied to various oversight agencies (Every Woman Counts, VFC program. Dysfunctional environment - in all 3 clinics worked in.

      Pros

      Beautiful offices and lots of perks like free coffee and holidays, staff at certain levels are friendly and supportive, and most importantly the clinical staff are customer focused.

      Cons

      Far too much bureaucracy at the executive level, at the end of the day it's a family owned business that needs change at the top.
