      Everything Amazing including Hands-on C-Suite Team, Effective Studer process improvement methodology, AIDET Customer service delivered in clinics and in Contact Center, low employee turn over rate, high patient retention rate, medical service quality, promotion based on merit not politics, Marketing Team, Clinical Management Team, HR Team, and IT Management Team.

      Competitive salary to start out with. Relatively ease of moving up Small company that you get to know people Loan repayment option More holidays than other private companies

      Cons

      Low salary increase annually High turnover rate High leadership turnover Benefits avg at best compare to other companies Long hours Sketchy locations Over promise under deliver by management Lots of unqualified people in management Lots of unqualified personnel that should of been let go but still manages to keep their jobs.

      Pros

      Tighy knitt family-like environment depending on what location you work at. Okay benefits, nice holiday schedule, good amount of PTO, management is pretty good at accommodating requests

      Cons

      No room for advancement at the clinic level unless you know someone really well even if you are qualified. Company is not culturally diverse at all. Company hires mainly Hispanic staff.Not a professional environment, focused more on the patients than on staff. Pay scales are completely wrong! Practically everyone is at the starting point or just above it even if they've been there for many years. Don't know anyone that is at the midpoint or the max salary for any pay grade except maybe the execs.
