      Pros

      There's opportunity to grow if you're on managements good side. Great benefits and paid holidays ex: Cesar Chavez Day.

      Cons

      Management can be very unprofessional and play favoritisim. The pay is awful.

      Pros

      Purpose of "serving the underserved communities." Corporate office is beautiful; clinics are welcoming.

      Cons

      Too many to list! Career advancement opportunities are available but unless you know someone, you are not moving up. Many "managers" are not qualified to be in those positions. The company does not take advantage of the full potential of their employees. All departments do not work cohesively; seems like they do not trust each other even though they are part of the same organization, working towards the same cause! The organization is still run as though it is a small company and when big issues or projects arise, everyone is forced to run around looking for answers at the VERY LAST MINUTE.
