      Pros

      You get weekends off. That's about it.

      Cons

      Salaried staff work 50-60+ hours EVERY WEEK. Under compensated, over worked and EXTREMELY stressful. Growing way too fast for their own good and the good of their patients. Poor quality care claim to be great, look great from the outside looking in but when your on the inside it's just sad. Expectations of managers and staff are UNREALISTIC. Multiple responsibilities placed on them and not just easy tasks major responsibilities usually carried out by 2-3 employees.

      Well-maintained facilities Some nice co-workers Occasional morale boosters for the office (eg, cake for birthdays, raffles)

      Cons

      This company purports itself to be non-profit health CARE entity, but spends way too much money on managerial staff who are not even remotely involved in patient care. Doctors are under-appreciated for the amount of work they do; many seem stressed to the max. Management can play favorites and be inflexible. Candidates are selected to positions based on who they know in the company, not their skill set. TONS of nepotism -- it is well-known that there are certain people in charge (despite being sorely under-qualified for their positions) only because of who they know/who they are related to and not based on talents/skills.

      Set schedule opportunities for extra income , personally have believe my supervisor is very understanding and patient

      Cons

      Some older employees complain a lot and are under qualified and out more stress on your daily duties
