      Pros

      I genuinely enjoy working here; the culture is supportive, leadership is approachable, and there are great opportunities for growth and learning. The team environment is collaborative, and I feel valued and respected in my role.

      Cons

      The only area I’d love to see improved is flexibility, particularly the option to work from home. Offering a hybrid or remote work model, even part-time, would make a big difference for work-life balance. Aside from that, it’s been a great experience overall!
