Pros

Friends that are created while working here

Cons

Constant yelling and cussing at employees from senior leadership. The CEO and CIO are the worst offenders for yelling and cussing out their team, but I heard other senior leaders also do it. Pay is low for the area and amount of work. They do pay the stores team very fairly but at the expense of pay cuts and low pay for the home office Nothing is ever appreciated Micromanagement in IT is out of this world

Pros

There’s no pros of working here once you really understand what you are getting into

Cons

This company says to be “people first” “stand out for good” “Christian” etc, but reality is, it’s not. This company does not care about their staff. During the pandemic we received a 10% pay cut, and we were still working (conference calls, etc) we were doing more while stores were closed, than now that they have re opened. Once we re opened the company had not sent anything needed to keep the store sanitize (wipes, hand sanitizers, cleaners) it took about 2 months for us to receive all of this, also, people started getting sick with covid and staff wasn’t able to quarantine nor time to clean the store, we just had to keep working while staff kept getting sick. I also told my manager that i had a fever but since I didn’t have anyone to cover my shift, I had to come in. They also say this a work life balance environment but again, it’s not. Had to cover shifts multiple times because being understand and while telling our manager that we already had plans, it didn’t matter. You had to show up for work. The company turns out to be sketchy. You can’t trust anything here, be careful. There’s also favoritism in this company both by store leaders, district manager and higher up.
