Pros

random employee appreciation things like giving us a ham for thanksgiving, sending pizza to stores affected by hurricanes/bad weather this year. Good employee discount, 40%. 50% sometimes and amazing random gratis. My team of brandreps were AMAZING. I loved them so much and leaving them was one of the hardest things I could ever do.

Cons

Too many to list work-life balance is non existent. As a PART TIME keyholder I was working 60+ hours. NOT OKAY. Management was extremely abusive and district managers ignored you when you spoke out about said issues. My store manager was a complete bully and turnover rate with her has went up 50%. Attacks brand reps, is extremely unprofessional and completely ruins employee morale. District managers are also unprofessional. They blame the keyholders for everything and let the store managers get away with everything. They talk down to you and treat you like you're below them. We still don't know anything about our sponsored child because no one will get back to us despite constant efforts to do so which makes me think a lot of this charity work is a shame besides Mission Monday. Brooke from help desk was amazing, everyone else was pretty rude for the most part. GREAT pay, $12 but it actually didn't compensate for the mental abuse you endured from upper management and regular SM, ASM, ETC; When I spoke up for a brand rep, the SM started to attack, purposely leave me out of things, exclude from all activities and even went as far scheduling me to where she wouldn't work with me. District Managers openly talked bad about Aaron Walters which made me extremely uncomfortable.

Thank you for your recent post. We were discouraged to read about your recent experience and our goal of providing the best guest experience imaginable can only happen when we provide a great experience for our associates. As leaders of the organization, District Managers and Store Managers are expected to demonstrate and live the Company's values. Based on your feedback, it appears like we have an opportunity to learn from your experience. Please contact us directly as we would like to better understand where this occurred and how we can improve the experience for our remaining associates. Thank you again and we wish you much success in the future.
