The job is easy, and the pay is fair.

Cons

You only work one day a week, staff leaves all work for closing staff and the staff spends a lot of time just talking to each other and do not customer service.

The Company's on-boarding program is extremely interactive and skill based and we believe that only through well informed and equipped associates may we deliver a great guest experience. Hours given to associates are based on availability, store budgets, and your individual performance. The more successful and productive teams are, the more hours they may receive. Work with passionate like-minded people in a friendly environment.

Cons

Working with people who are extremely moody, don’t take their jobs seriously, and leave you to continually clean up their messes. Working insane numbers of hours. Not being able to take a lunch or even sit down during an 11-hour shift. Lack of training for actual position. Told us work 40-45 hours a week... now told it’ll be more like 45-70 all year.

This employees I came in with to open the store were so funny and cool and welcoming we all helped each other out when seeing each other struggle we actually opened up the store from the bottom together

Cons

They don't pay you and make excuses for it myfirst check I missed 37hours and they paid me out the register and said it will never happen again . My second check it was missing 19hours and they had to pay me out the register again . Mind you I didn't receive all my money from the first check out the register but they didn't add it on to the next .
