      Fun meetings for managers Good discount Great smelling store Cute clothes

      Be prepared to have no life. If micromanagement is what you like this is the job for you! A job where you are required to change your schedule almost daily! Managers are basically on call 24/7 and required to use your personal phone to run their store but no compensation is given. Required to work super late to do floorset ...which turn into days on end due to the ridiculous work loads. You can give your best at Altard State, but it's still not good enough! Corp level flying around the country going to extravagant places, while the employees work on minimum pay and payroll!

      - Good discount - Friendly coworkers

      - Immature manager: when I quit, the manager acted like a child and hung up on me when I tried to talk to her on the phone. Also I have been constantly emailing and texting her trying to ask her about my paycheck but she refuses to answer me so she is not giving me my money for my labor. - On call scheduling: when making the schedule, they make an "on call" slot where if they are busy, they can just call you in no matter what you are doing and they expect you to drop everything you are doing to come in. - Unorganized roatations: every hour, all workers are suppose rotate between fitting rooms, working the register, or greeting but when I work, the manager forgets to rotates and then gets upset when I don't have a lot of sales from working the register.
