      Pros

      - I have worked with many store managers and they have mostly all been very wonderful, caring, and good at their job. - There is a job for everyone-- weather you want to sell on the floor or work in the backroom - In my experience managers have been flexible with scheduling if you give enough notice - The stores are beautiful and smell wonderful - I absolutely loved working part time here during college

      Cons

      - They are a fairly new company and are rapidly expanding, in some areas you can see the growing pains. They do not always do things in the most efficient matter and can be somewhat disorganized. In my time with the company I definitely saw improvements but they still have areas to work on. - Sometimes there is a disconnect between district managers/corporate and the people working in the stores everyday, which becomes frustrating. - People seem to get burnt out

      Pros

      Loved a lot of the people I worked with, made some lifelong friends. Great opportunities to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone. Great for anyone who loves fashion!

      Cons

      Expectations were always set way too high from corporate. Having to reset the floorset and windows were always ridiculous. Always ordered too much in volume that didn't match how much customers were buying. Things were always overpriced, even with employee discount.

      Pros

      Its a great work environment, I loved my co-workers and if there had been a transfer option I would have taken the opportunity in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      The company is still small however it is growing so this could be a pro or a con depending on how you see it, but as a result there are fewer opportunities to transfer if your relocating elsewhere.
