40% off wear to work. Nice clothing. Store smells good, give back company, mission mondays where 10% of profit goes to local charity

Cons

No work life balance, no structure & extremely unorganized. To be a faith based company they treat employees horribly. They expect too much for what they pay. Mandatory to stay 2 hours after close, until 11pm. DM's have no clue what they are doing. You can go 6+ months without a store manager and worked like a slave. Communication is terrible. Absolutely no growth with this company
