I like what the company gives back.

Cons

It's a very negative place. The store manager is rude, and talk to you any kind of way. The employees are rude. I worked one day, and couldn't go back, it's very unorganized. I will not be talked to, and treated any kind of way for $8 its ridiculous. Stay far away it's the worst company to ever work for. I would recommend this job to a young person that never had a job

Pros

The friendships that you make at work. Honestly other than that I don't know any good things to tell you.

Cons

This job in its entirety is awful. They do not care about you or the work you do here. Their whole saying is "stand out for good" when they can't even stand out for what's good for their employees. The hours they require you to work is ridiculous and the things they make you do while on clock is also ludicrous. Staying two hours after close during the week and the weekend knowing that our life does not circulate around this job. They must not understand that we have families, school, and other things that need to get done not just working for good ole Altar'd state.

Thanks for your note. It sounds like retail may not be for you. The two hour close is actually far less than most retailers require and provides time to recover and replenish the store. In doing so, our guests will not be inconvenienced with associates folding and working on tasks versus focusing on them and delivering a great experience. We understand that retail is not for everyone and if you are not inspired by the customer or the shifts required to support our guests, we encourage you to find something that excites you. Nothing this company is the worst and cant keep employee's for more than 6 months this app wants me to use 20 words to describe the pros but I cant think of one good thing

Cons

All the negative reviews are 100% true! the good reviews are created by the company do not listen to them! Stay away and do not apply!
