Pros

Cons

this place sucks the soul out of you. It’s been almost a year I’ve been gone now and I’m still having a hard time shaking the toxic work environment that I felt so trapped in. if you are not a typical altar'd state girl you are treated terribly by everyone including the upper management. Extremely cliquey and every one is fake. The management has no communication with each other and the expectations are completely unrealistic for a clothing store. prices are insane for how terrible the quality is. For how much they preach about giving back and their faith based atmosphere, if you don't fit their 'mold' or meet their ridiculous goals you are clearly disliked and feel as if your job is in jeopardy constantly. There is zero consistency, everyone is told a million different things to the point where no one knows what is going on or what they are talking about, it’s all a show. Also, if you are not willing to be at the stores beck and call 24/7 don't even bother applying. They DO NOT care about you or your happiness, they care about sales and making money. The fact that they preach that they are a great place to work is also laughable. Plus, the aggressive selling behaviors they demonstrate is embarrassing, abrasive and micromanaged. oh and you have to pass a gallup exam just to get an interview. Not worth your time hahaha
