Pros

The other brand reps I worked with were awesome.

Cons

Manager was extremely rude. Have an "On Call" system where they can call you in at any time that day to work, but don't pay you for taking up your time while you sit around and wait for them to call. Ridiculous

Pros

Best store leader summit! It was like learning mini vacation!

Cons

Higher management are very disrespectful during their visits! Nobody it’s on a same page with priorities! They want you to give the best customer service to their guest, but don’t provide you the tools to make it happen! It’s mainly 2 people coverage! One manager one associate. Sometimes you don’t have enough payroll to give a lunch break for employees that are working over 8hours. They get to eat real quick standing up Incase if you need them to come back to help. As manager Part of my responsibilities are recruiting, however with not enough payroll I’m encouraged by my manager to do it my my lunch breaks, or come to work before my shift starts to go recruiting. You just have to figure it out and they don’t care how, or at what cost to their employees. They think if there is a sign in every corner saying “ A Great Place To Work” makes the place a great work environment. One of the worst experiences of my entire career! I could keep going.....!! Just stay away from this company!
