      Visual experience is not like other places Discount is great

      Cons

      The CEO is the worst person. He has mentioned women being weak and feminist being wrong. They just ambushed the entire company by cutting their pay $3 or more dollars! The leadership team is cut throat. Do not trust HR they are owned by the company and are there to protect the COMPANY not you. So many firings for no reason and I would work 40+ hours a week with no benefits. Got in trouble for taking MY HONEYMOON after not having a vacation in 2 1/2 years.

      Pros

      Discount is 50%. 60% at Christmas.

      Cons

      No support from District “Leaders”. They use your higher wage as an excuse to abuse you. Window displays are INSANE and you are not given the payroll to essentially create a movie set. Loss Prevention measures are an absolute joke and risk everyone’s safety. People steal left and right because it is so easy, 3 employees for a gigantic store? Yep, employees steal too.

      I overheard a call last week right before Thanksgiving where my DM was being screamed at by the CEO for at least an hour. Everyone could hear him. No one deserves this type of treatment. He says he wants to create the best place to work but he personally treats people like garbage.
