They’ve just started enforcing a VERY misogynistic dress code for employees. We can’t wear FASHION sneakers with anything but a dress or skirt. But get this, the dress or skirt has to come past finger-tip length. So if you’re tall or have long limbs, good luck finding an outfit to wear to work! Oh also if you have more than 2 piercings/ear you have to take those out. More than one nose piercing? Nope, only one nose STUD allowed. You also cannot come to work with wet hair, it must be dry. They say “people first” and “stand out for good” and then make us conform to a strict dress code and don’t listen to the people that are actually interacting with their customers. Oh also the CEO has made multiple comments that are less than tasteful towards women- the people that ACTUALLY run this company.

There is nothing good about working here in my opinion. The standards you have to meet are astronomically high and working there is unimaginably stressful. You also must follow a strict script when talking to customers and check on people multiple times no matter what zone you are put in. You also have to wrap everything in tissue paper when checking people out, which makes things go by ten times slower and usually irritates the customers.
