Cons

Aggressive and confrontational leadership, no accountability in upper management or HR. Borderline abusive use of religion to justify mistreatment.

The give back and community involvement is great.

Cons

Basically everything else. Completely over work all employees. DMs and VPs don’t know how to do anything in stores. They create a toxic work environment. Totally unrealistic expectations. We had to do inventory, 4,000 unit mark down, 200 Ship from Stores to pack, 100+ boxes of shipment coming in daily and run the business in 1 week with 7 employees.

They gave decent sales for clothes to buy

Cons

The entire management was messed up. The entire set up was delayed, they sent advisors who have never worked in a store to train everyone, and never take accountability for their actions and just ended up trying to fire everyone on the things that they didn’t do right. Had 0 lack of sales and marketing awareness. And HR is unbarable and toxic to employees.
