You will work with some of the most kind and hard working people. You will also learn a lot. If this is your first management role, you will learn some great conversational skills that can transfer to any industry. Mission and give back program are also great. Salary is competitive for retail industry.

Cons

-Unfortunately, the expectations of the company are not realistic given the current staffing situation. Consequently, due to lack of coverage, a bulk of the work load falls on the store managers (bless their hearts) and part time guest leads. There should not be one person doing SFS or stock. Ideally, there should be a team. Since positions aren’t really streamlined, you will be the wearer of many hats. This is a pro and con to some. -Like other reviews have stated, 2 hour closes do not promote a healthy work life balance. I understand the reasoning behind it but again, if you have enough coverage during the day or a morning team, you could eliminate that policy.

Cons

Nonstop friction, unethical policies and practices. A people first company should be people first. Turnover at a district level is WAY TOO HIGH.
