Good concept, and a lot of potential for growth.

Cons

Work they’re salary employees to the bone. Corporate and district managers very unprofessional. Continue to open new stores even when the majority of other stores are severely understaffed.

Pros

The company's mission and vision are very admirable. The "stand out for good" mindset is great and they do give back to charities.

Cons

The district managers and store leaders have created a toxic environment to work in. They like to gossip and act more like bosses than leaders. They do not take the time to help their employees grow and they prefer to hire outside the company than to promote from within. They will promise you all of the growth opportunities in the world, however, you most likely will not be promoted and they will never give you a raise. If you choose to work here, please know your worth as far as pay goes; they will try and work you for as little pay as possible.
