Office life is cushy, relaxed atmosphere. The shop floor life seems completely opposite. Mandatory overtime (Saturdays) has been talked about numerous times. The company is unusually sensitive about attendance and monitoring their time clocks. Sometimes celebrations are held in the office for a "job well done" even though the people out on the shop floor are the ones that actually did the work. The rulebook seems to be more lenient for office associates

Senior management is a good ole boy network. They micromanage every aspect of the business. Only place I have ever worked that the employees I supervise make more than I do. Some significantly more. Hr supports the good ole boys and is not a liaison between employees and senior management. I had 4 vacations while there and all 4 I worked during my vacation. Senior management does not support company values at all. There is no consistency in decision making, strategic planning, communication or leadership. Worst Leadership I have ever seen. Took 2 months to get hired because of lack of follow up by senior management and HR.
