      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere, team oriented, there was a very short learning curve, and they got us interns active early in training associates, preparing and giving presentations, great managers, reasonable deadlines. The Burnsville body plant has nearly perfected the process.

      Cons

      Sometime there are long gaps between assignments and projects. Burnsville is a terrible location, so you trade off living 45 minutes to an hour away from work or living in that stink hole.

      great pay, overtime, unionized, and the people you work with

      Cons

      over time. managers bird dogging you all the time . the union is very weak and the president doesn't really know anything about how to be a president and neither does the vice president.
