      Pros

      Good place to work, good money and environment.

      Cons

      Never get to see your family because your stuck on 2nd shift for almost ever. They say you might have to work some Saturdays but in reality you work almost every sat.

      Pros

      Weekly pay, and a good work/life balance. Benefits are great, and there is plenty of opportunity to learn a lot of knowledge and develop new skills.

      Cons

      It can be very difficult to get people higher up the chain of command to follow up with you about issues your having or questions you have regarding your position. A lot of things can be promised to you, only to never hear a word about it again. You'll be given opportunities to get certifications and training required to grow and advance in your position, but even though you're told these qualifications will lead to more pay or advancements, your efforts and accomplishments go unnoticed most of the time.
