Business Outlook
Pros
Good Work/Life Balance, room for advancement in select departments. Awesome benefits package. Altec produces, by far the best aerial and digger equipment in the industry.
Cons
Relatively clueless middle management, most of which have been promoted within. Almost as if promotions to management are alternatives to firings. Middle managers are shuffled around to various departments for upper managers to decide where the middle managers can do the least damage. Not all departments function like this, but many really do. Salary is barely fair for the level of responsibility placed on most employees.
