      Great learning experience, but important decisions are made few and far between

      Pros

      It was an excellent manufacturing experience, and a great way to learn about manufacturing without prior experience. The people that I worked with were good, fun people.

      Cons

      Most engineers (not design engineers) will work Saturdays and usually work 10 hours daily. The management is inclusive, but stagnant. They are hesitant to take risks.

      Great benefits and decent hours

      Cons

      Bullied into performing tasks not specifed when originally hired. Supervisors undermined others continually, a negative work enviroment in the service department. I have heard that other departments are much fairer and better to work for. The job was not at all what I was lead to believe it was.

      Pros

      Good company to work for and good work environment. Gained useful knowledge for future use and developed professionally. Rank this as one of the best companies to work for.

      Cons

      Average pay and limited chances to travel. Some tasks are not the best, but overall a great place to gain experience.
