expected to work other areas you are not trained in and paid less then the people who do work those areas over time is a little bit on the extreme side and communication between management and engineers and chassis buyers do not communicate at all causing a lot of issues the assemblers have to fix on the fly and if they are wrong repercussions are taken such as write up things like that and any family issues come second to this job they expect you to ignore family issues and emergencies

They need more organization and the plant is gross
