      Pros

      - Work-life balance is great. - Industry standard technologies are used by most teams. - Hybrid, but mostly remote. - A fair amount of freedom. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      - The pay isn’t the highest but it’ll be around the market average. - Promotions come slower than a lot of other companies. And being a high performer makes little to no difference in promotions, bonuses, or any other incentives.

      Pros

      Easy work, experience blueprint reading and some designers listen when you tell them something is messed up. The company is great!

      Cons

      Management at this location is absolutely terrible. They have their heads so far up their butts that they continuously try the same thing over and over along with never listen to the associates. They love to tell you that you’ve got work Saturday on Friday afternoon before time to go home and they do that every single Friday
