It's great to hear that you are experiencing the autonomy in the role that is a core part of our culture of accountability and ownership, and that you're feeling supported in your journey with us. And I agree with your feedback that - given the speed with which our customers and our company are moving - from time to time, there is a bit of learning while doing.
