Thanks for sharing your feedback, and thank you for your contributions during your time with us. I think you've hit on three of the key pieces of affirmative feedback we get as a company - we have competitive, benchmarked and equitable compensation, colleagues who support and challenge us every day, and a culture of learning that helps us all grow. And I agree with you that we're adding focus on delivery across every department - our new Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process - driven by our 6 Strategic Imperatives, and reinforced by our core values - will help us continue to scale as a company. And as we scale, I appreciate your advice to management that we always need to keep an eye on balancing how and where we engage our associates to contribute. Our monthly no-meeting Breakthrough Fridays, additional wellness days this year and a forward-leaning yet balanced approach to overall company growth are ways we're ensuring that we deliver not only for our customers, but for our people as well. Having been a customer of Alteryx myself in a previous company (for our Data Science function), I can vouch for what you've shared in terms of tangible value delivery. That's the start point I think for the company that you and others before us have built to this point, and serves as the foundation for where we're going. When our products and solutions deliver value to the customer, everyone in Alteryx knows how much our work matters, despite the organisation or geography.
