Thanks for taking time to share your feedback - although you've been with us for less than a year, I agree that you're putting your finger on three of the elements that make our sales team strong. Our technology and solutions deliver some incredible outcomes to our customers every day, and the total rewards package we offer to associates I think is both fair and competitive. And our leadership team is committed to continuing to maintain focus there, and improve each quarter with feedback like yours. With the support of those two teams, our new chief revenue officer is structuring our go-to-market organization to position us for the next phase of growth as a company. Our refined GTM strategy is setting us up focus regionally with customers and partner more effectively with our channel partners.
