      Pros

      Bonuses are solid but not worth the vesting considering they cant keep their stock value at even a reasonable area

      Cons

      This company had a good idea and will continue to survive but they did that with leaders who left right after the IPO and the power vacuum only attracted the wrong kind of people. The leadership that stayed or internally moved up was not great either. They have some good workers here so it is a shame leadership is so bad. It is clear everyone is waiting for the company to be bought.

      Constant change from leadership to product messaging. No real go to market strategy. Undervalue of established workforce. Sling-shotting certain positions while stagnating others.
