      You get paid every other week. No bonuses.

      Lack of communication and blatant favoritism along with last minute mandatory ot keep this from being a halfway decent place to work.

      Pros

      Excellent opportunities to give input and there is room for positive feedback. Programs are in place to make small or even large improvements, just a matter of wanting to participate.

      Cons

      Older equipment makes it a challenge especially if parts become obsolete. Some employees feel they have job security, so they are very negative about everyone around them.
