Pros

No pros at all the office feels like you’re walking around on egg shells. It’s so quiet it makes you uncomfortable. Everyone is stiff and visibly looks miserable. HR management is the worst racist, heartless ask around everyone is new because no one lasts here.

Cons

1. Poor Management: Leadership is horrible disorganized, uncommunicative, and abusive, leading to a lack of direction and low morale. 2. Toxic Work Environment: High levels of office gossip, bullying, and harassment that affect employee well-being and productivity. 3.No Career Growth Opportunities especially for black workers in fact they always fire black employees: Limited or no room for advancement, and little investment in employee development or skill-building. 4. High Employee Turnover: A revolving door of employees, indicating low satisfaction and a lack of job security. 5. Micromanagement: Invasive supervision where employees have no autonomy or trust from their superiors. 6. Lack of Recognition: Employees’ hard work is not acknowledged or rewarded, leading to frustration and a lack of motivation. 7. Unrealistic Expectations: Excessive workloads and deadlines that are difficult, if not impossible, to meet without sacrificing personal well-being. 8. Poor Communication: Constant miscommunication between departments, teams, and leadership, leading to confusion and inefficiency. 9. Inadequate Tools and Resources: Lack of proper equipment, outdated software, or insufficient support to do the job effectively. 10. No Job Security: Constant restructuring, layoffs, or instability within the company leading to uncertainty about the future. 11.Unethical Practices: Engagement in dishonest or questionable business practices that conflict with employee values. 12. No Diversity or Inclusion: Altium is a company with little to no commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, leading to discrimination or lack of representation.
