Pros

Good work culture overall. Safety is highly valued and truly cared about. Work life balance is also a priority and you are not expected to work more than what is needed. The company cares deeply about its core ethical standards.

Cons

The benefits are only okay. You earn vacation time every week throughout the year (not as a lump sum on Jan. 1), pay raises are about equal to inflation if not 1% higher, and there isn’t much diversity in management.
