Terrible Company

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company unless you don’t mind being a nameless, faceless corporate drone just trying to make it through the day. If you want to spend all your time in Teams meetings where you talk about talking about it, it don’t ever actually do anything, then this is the company for you!

Cons

Guiding principles are just words to hide behind with no substance. They talk about continuous improvement, yet when suggestions are made the answer is “this is how we do things.” Ridiculous training requirements with no thoughtful approach. For example, office staff are required to take electrical training, ladder safety, breaking the plane, etc. when they don’t work on the manufacturing floor. Run as fast as you can away from this terrible, oppressive soul stealing place.

What a mess

Pros

Good coworkers. Some benefits. Trying to make safety first.

Cons

Senior leadership has no idea how to take care of employees. Continue to think they have good benefits and pay but sadly mistaken. They can’t even do payroll correctly.
