Good people to work with on the hourly basis

Cons

Lack of personnel in the dept to accomplish the task. Site had 9 positions in maintenance with on 4-6 filled the entire time I was leading the team. I spent more time being on the floor as a mech than in the office working to correct the maintenance issues including the KPI's assigned.

There are some really good people still there. And there are still positives from the former culture.

Cons

New Leadership has dramatically changed the culture for the worse. Ask a lot of questions if you’re interviewing. The team will likely be cut to the bone to prepare for an eventual sale.

Pros

The people on the ground are the best part of the job. If you land on a good team, the day-to-day work is actually interesting and keeps you busy.

Cons

Management is completely out of touch with the staff. Everything is about the bottom line, and they will cut people without a second thought to save a buck. You’re treated like a number, not a person, and there’s zero transparency regarding the "big picture." It’s hard to feel any sense of job security when leadership stays invisible until it’s time to announce bad news. Overall advice- Be careful. The culture is unstable, and leadership doesn't value loyalty and the new CEO is very cheap. Ask about their turnover and recent layoffs before you even think about accepting an offer.
