Most if not all of the 5 star reviews are not accurate representations of working at this company. During your orientation one of the requirements is to leave a 5 star Glassdoor review to help them drown out to the sea of negative true reviews. As the title states you will never be good enough at this job, they will tell you what your set of KPIs are and push you to meet them. Once you do meet them you will not be told “good job,” you will be told “do more.” They will literally invent new KPI’s and new metrics to judge you on so they don’t have to award you any of the promised benefits from growing. The management act like a high school clique giggling and whispering to each other all day and are never available for questions. However if you are seen talking to your coworkers, whether that be casual conversation or helping them with work related issues, you will be reprimanded. And if too many people come to you for questions, instead of recognizing your ability to be a source of information and guidance for your peers, they will write you up. They give you a career tracker so that you can have an idea of what things you’ll need to be doing in order to be promoted. However once you bring this to them and explain that you are doing everything that is expected of you for promotion, you will be told “well we’ll need to update this.” Also be careful which of your coworkers you be friendly towards. Once you have then met the new set of requirements they created for you, you will then be denied promotion due to “who you align yourself with,” and be told that “you have chosen the wrong side.” Basically if you talk to someone who they have deemed undesirable you will be locked out of growth within the company. You will be bullied and belittled here. They will attempt to play childish mind games to deter you. You constantly be pressured to come in for overtime. Don’t bother applying if you are a person of color, you will not be treated fairly at this company. I have never in my life experienced a company with higher turnover than Zynex. In a department of over 50 people, excluding leads and mangers, there are maybe 6 who have been there longer than a year. If you were to visit one month you would see an entirely different team after visiting one month later. The company seems to have no interest in trying to retain its employees. They operate under a remove and replace mindset. If you see some of the shady things they do, they’ll push you out so they can bring in new people who haven’t seen them. Please do yourself a favor and don’t fall into their trap. There are better opportunities elsewhere.
