Pros

Job isn't extremely hard, decent base pay.

Cons

Company treats employees as disposable this started happening as the company has grown. I was promised a raise and wasn't given one after years of working for them my pay hasn't increased. Zero training opportunities with valuable information, medicare orders no longer count making it harder to meet sales quotas. Also, commission was cut right after hiring hundreds of employees. High turnover rate!

Hi - thanks for leaving us a review, even though your experience is not going the way any of us would want. I genuinely believe many of your concerns can be addressed by sharing with your Regional Sales Manager. One of their main objectives, in addition to helping patients in pain, is to provide development opportunities for all sales reps in their region. In addition, there are now clearly defined targets to hit to reach a higher base pay that I would encourage you to inquire about. Thanks again for joining us on our mission to end the opiate crisis and best of luck in the field!

Pros

Cool orientation, nice way to get to know other new hires and a few regular staff.

Cons

BCBS billing department in particular: won't train you, will be confused when you require training on day 2 of your new job. Will have you sit at a computer and leave you there for a full 8 hours, even if you ask for something to do or for someone to train you. Almost no one in the department has been there longer than a few months at best. Everyone is confused. There is no training program, no dedicated trainer or even a qualified supervisor. The entire department is sinking and refuses to try to swim. They don't give you a singular tool to succeed, but shove all the "cool things" about the company (free coffee, vending machine lunches in the break rooms, a cafeteria, etc) down your throat in hopes that you'll stop asking to be trained for your job. Upon quitting and being contacted for an exit interview, the HR representative didn't even bother to call at our scheduled time, let alone call at all. Do not waste your time with this company, they get you in the door with a shiny new facility, but the pay is horrible and so is the culture. Don't fall for it.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and provide feedback regarding your experience. We appreciate your honesty and willingness to bring difficult issues to the table. We are pleased to share that in the past few weeks, we have hired a stellar Supervisor for your former department and have conducted stay interviews with several staff members, who are sharing that the department is in a much better state with no trending concerns. We have not heard the training program concerns from other staff, but will make note of it and will investigate further to make sure our employees are getting the assistance required to feel productive and purposeful with their workdays. Thanks again for joining us in our mission to combat the opioid crisis and we wish you the best of luck going forward!
