      High turn over

      Pros

      People there are great to work with, very helpful, everyone drops what they are doing to help each other out.

      Cons

      High turn over, constantly having to work high case loads. They don't hire enough people to help with the work load.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Management cares about its employees and takes the time to train and mentor employees. The company provides generous benefits to include PTO and multiple holidays (22 for 2024). There is a great sense of camaraderie among different departments nationwide. There is room for advancement for qualified employees. Overall, AmTrust is a great place to work.

      Cons

      As with any profession, there can be a bit of stress, but AmTrust offers the AmWell program to help alleviate stress.
