Pros

Pay was ok, people are nice enough. Expectations are always changing.

Cons

The CEO is a joke, really. During an open Q/A session, he was asked what he liked most about working at Amtrust and his response was “umm, being CEO…”. Another question he was asked was what did he learn over the last year and his response was “be nice to people”. I was floored honestly.
