No training. No communication on how or why things are done. Worst management I’ve ever seen. Terribly disappointing experience and should have paid attention to all the red flags and listened to current employees warnings of lack of leadership or concern for employees growth.

Cons

The managers are not there to help you. They basically take everything negative about you and write it in your review to make sure you aren't promoted or compensated fairly. There are too many meetings without any positive outcome. What is the point of meetings 5 /6 a month if there is not going to be a positive change?
