Pros

The company really takes the time to train you in your roll. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. They REALLY listen! At AmTrust you are not just a number you are a person. AmTrust is all inclusive. AmTrust does not overload you with work, they keep things steady and does their best to keep the workload even across the board. Communication is amazing!!

Cons

The system is behind the times, but they are working on that. There are A LOT of meetings.
