Poor merit raises (1-2%) No growth opportunity “Manager Led Training” sessions are very entry level - great for beginning but need more in depth material if they’re going to be required Advised to hold any “negative” feedback/opinions if not aligning with upper mgmt Clear separation between OH corporate office employees vs. virtual employees

The pay is not bad.

Cons

It’s a sweatshop like nothing I have ever seen before. Upper management is ruthless. Expectations and workload are you are not expected to have a life outside of work. Belittled and abused. Miserable place. Run!
