      Comfort Hybrid(2 days remote per week) Not a whole lot of overtime tons of holidays

      Cons

      have to work 40 minimum even though salary communication is lacking/non-existent pay is average or lower company direction is ??? projects and tech being used inappropriately without thorough thought typical corporate "we need it yesterday" rush attitude overly demanding no transparency

      This is a company that appreciates honest, trustworthy, and thoughtful employees. I feel like am providing value and that my voice on the team matters. The leadership is competent, forward thinking and understands the industry well. My team works well together and our team leader facilitates unity and technological advancement.

      Some departments don’t always know the best way to utilize our team.
