Additional time off for Jewish holidays

Cons

Higher up management gives empty promises. They nickle and dime every department and give the cheapest resources available. They will give you an outstanding performance review and can’t back it up with appropriate raises or bonuses. CEO loves to brag about how well the company is doing but the staff don’t see any benefit.

The work life balance is not just lip service. Most companies say they have a great work life balance but it's not factual. Particularly for attorneys, AmTrust is not just talking about this important issue, they implement policies that make it happen.
