Pros

Flexible schedule Decent pay Paid every Wednesday

Cons

Flexible schedule also means there might not always be hours available. But that is the nature of the job not a reflection on the company itself. You are responsible for paying all your own start-up costs, such as background/criminal report and CPR training. You also have to have your own scrubs as none is provided. There is no training provided. You have to have the skills of an HHA already.

Pros

Great Company but at times any caregiver job can be challenging but management is always supportive

Cons

No raises Sometimes not enough hours Need Care Plans updated All caregivers should be putting good notes in on their shifts When You are the only caregiver giving a client showers that is a problem. Also cooking complete meals and putting much effort into it then at least have a pay increase after two years!
